Delivery Time:

At present we only offer a standard delivery option of 2-3 business from the date of dispatch.  All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked service, upon placing your order you will receive a tracking number.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aesthetics of Liverpool we hope that you are delighted with your order. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods.

All items should be returned via recored delivery to the below address with your dispatch note,please retain your recorded delivery as proof of postage.

Please note:

To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be in the original packing and you must have proof of purchase.

We are unable to offered refunds or exchanges on any opened or used products.

Processing a refund:

Once we have received your return we work to process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. During busy periods please allow up to 30 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

If you have requested a refund your payment for the goods will be refunded by Aesthetics of Liverpool via the original payment method.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Aesthetics of Liverpool will only post products to to UK mainland.

Please note:

  • Please check your order confirmation to confirm the expected delivery date
  • You will have also have received a tracking number on your dispatch confirmation. You can use this number to track your parcel.
  • If you have missed the carriers attempt to deliver your item you can call the number on the card to rearrange.

  • Check paperwork included in your parcel

Yes, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of good. All items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs back to us, we advise all returns to be sent via recorded delivery.

Yes, if you are wanting to cancel your order please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched to you it can not be cancelled.

At present we offer standard to delivery to the UK and Republic of Ireland, unfortunately we do not offer international delivery.

Please note:

  • We can not deliver to PO Box addresses or Chanel Island addresses
  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability
  • Your order may be delivered in separate parcels by separate carriers.

All refunds are processed to the original method of payment, please allow 30 working days for it to appear on your card, you will receive an email when the refund has been processed.
