How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link to your personal tracking information.You can check the progress of your order as it makes its way to you using the tracking number provided in your courier dispatch email.

What are my delivery options?

At present we offer only UK Standard Delivery, which has a delivery timescale of 3-5 working days.

What countries do you deliver too?

At present we deliver to UK Mainland and the Republic of Ireland, unfortunately we do not offer international delivery.

Please note:

  • We can not deliver to PO Box addresses or Chanel Island addresses
  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability
  • Your order may be delivered in separate parcels by separate carriers.

Can you deliver to addresses other than my billing address?

Yes we can, at the checkout you can choose an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

I’ve received the wrong item, what should I do?

We’re sorry that something has gone wrong! Please return the item to us for an exchange (subject to the correct item being in stock), or full refund if you prefer. If the correct item is no longer in stock we’ll issue a full refund. In these instances we wouldn’t deduct returns postage from your refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you are wanting to cancel your order please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched to you it can not be cancelled.

I haven’t received all of my order?

  • Please check your order confirmation to check all items that were ordered.
  • Check paperwork included in your parcel
  • Remove all packaging to ensure the item is not hidden
  • Some products may arrive in separate parcels.
