At Aesthetics of Liverpool we offer four different colours of LED Therapy, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red! The specific colour wavelengths are able to penetrate the skin to treat a wide number of conditions such as Acne, Pigmentation, Seasonal Depression, Eczema and Psoriasis to name a few! The treatment works by utilising wavelengths of light energy, this energy works to penetrate the skins underlying tissue to trigger collagen production and other bio-chemical mechanisms leaving skin bright and rejuvenated!

Prior to treatment you will have a consultation with an Aesthetics of Liverpool practitioner where you can discuss you concerns and what you are looking to achieve.

During treatment the LED Light is placed over the desired area of treatment for approximately 20-30 minutes. The treatment causes no pain or discomfort, it is a gentle heat free treatment that is suitable for all skin types.

Clients are able to resume their daily routine immediately there is no down period however we advise patients to stay away from excess heat, such as Saunas,Gym etc for at least 24 hours.
The number of treatments you need varies per person. Usually we recommend a course of 8 sessions spaced at least 4 days apart.
