F.A.Q

Many people suffer with stretch marks and they are usually of a result of the skin suddenly stretching, this causes the middle layer of skin (dermis) to break allowing the deeper layers of skin to show through. Stretching of the dermis can occur for a variety of reasons such as pregnancy, weight gain or growth spurts during puberty.
Stretch Marks can fade over time, however there are numerous creams, lotions and gels that can be used to treat stretch marks though there is little evidence that these remedies make the scars fade more than time alone. Camouflage make-up can also be used to hide stretch marks howveer this is a temporary solution and only lasts a day or two.

Prior to any treatment you will be invited to the Aesthetics Of Liverpool Clinic for an initial consultation where you will be able to discuss your concerns and what you hoping to achieve from treatment. From this we will be able to recommend the best course of treatment for you.
