At Aesthetics of Liverpool we offer a wide selection of treatments that are able to treat a variety of conditions. If you are interested in a particular treatment we offer a no obligation consultation to discuss your concerns and establish a treatment plan to deliver optimum results!

What happens at a consultation?

You will see a specialist practitioner who is an expert your condition, all of our Practitioners are fully trained in their field and are highly skilled. They will be able to discuss your concerns and advise on various treatment options.

How long will my consultation take?

Our consultations usually last around 30 minutes, this gives the practitioner enough time to fully assess your concerns and advise on what treatments would be most successful. There will also be enough time for you to ask any questions you may have.

What happens during my consultation?

We ask all clients to arrive at the clinic 20 minutes prior to their consultation, upon arrival you will be asked to complete a consultation form, this will ask questions around personal details, medical history and lifestyle. Completing this form allows us to recommend a treatment that is beneficial, safe, and allows you to achieve optimum results.

We will then discuss your concerns and what you are looking to achieve from treatment. We understand that often with skin or body conditions clients can sometimes feel upset talking about it or showing it to your practioner. Our Practitioners are fully trained in their field and will be able to recommend what treatment will be most beneficial to you and can work to create a plan that suits your time and budget.

You may have concerns about side effects, risks or aftercare. We have a range of treatments suitable for most skin or body conditions and can build a treatment plan to meet your exact needs.

Will I take anything home with me?

Yes, we will give you all the information you need to read at your own pace, this will include:

  • Treatment fact sheets, detailing information about the treatment as well as what you can expect during and after the procedure.
  • Price list and payment options
  • Your personalised treatment plan, so you know what to expect.
  • Contact details, so if you have any questions or concerns you can can call or email to discuss.
  • You will be fully informed about the procedure prior to leaving, including information on treatment benefits, side effects and risks as well as aftercare.

How much time do I have to think about whether I would like to go ahead?

You are under no obligation to purchase a treatment and you will never be pressured by any of Practitioners. You will be given all of the information available to you, you will also be given information to take home and decide at your own pace.

Can I have my recommended treatment the same day?

This option is available, however same day treatment rests on a variety of factors which will be outlined during your consultation. If you are looking to have your treatment as soon as possible we can work to accommodate this, if it is safe to do so.

What aftercare is available to me?

On our website there are two options:

  • Purchase treatment

Book a consultation:

If you are looking to discuss your treatment options we would recommend booking a consultation. In particular if you are looking to have any type of Dermal Filler or Wrinkle Relaxant you must book a consultation if you have not had this treatment with us before.

Purchase a treatment:

If you have had treatment with us before or are confident in the treatment you would like to have you can purchase the treatment online. The cost of the consultation is covered in this purchase.  When you arrive at the clinic for your initial appointment you will still have a consultation so that we can ensure your purchase is suitable and safe for you.

Please note: Purchasing a treatment does not guarantee treatment will go ahead. You will be asked to complete a consultation form detailing, personal details, medical history and lifestyle choices. In the case treatment is deemed unsuitable, we may be able to recommend an alternative or we can offer a full refund to the original method of payment.
